Cyclone Filtration System
The Ebbco Cyclone Filtration System is designed to supply uninterrupted grey water to the entire shop. This systems closed‐loop design allows for the reuse of shop water, reducing consumption and consolidating solids collection.
The Ebbco Cyclone System continuously cleans the water from the dirty water pit and floor flumes. The filter pump sends the water from the dirty water pit through a Lakos separator. This system is designed to remove solids from stone working applications, by employing centrifugal action to remove troublesome solids it extends the effective life of the processed water, protecting the equipment from the effects of abrasive wear and tear.
Water from the separator is then polished further by the cyclones. The Cyclones remove particles as small as 10 micron (removes 90‐96% of solids greater than 10 micron with a specific gravity of 1.6 or higher). The water is then returned to the conical bottom water storage tank and pumped throughout the shop. Fine solids are purged into a sludge hopper bag for easy disposal..
